30 Day Sun Salutation Challenge, Day 76: Done!
Tonight’s practise was wonderful. Smooth and controlled, and breath and body worked beautifully together… and I had company watching! I was deep in my simulflow.
Today’s Practise: 5 Complete Breaths, 5 Sun Salutations (<— BREATH BODY DANCE!! YAY N STUFF!!!), 5 Moon Salutations, 10 Side Bends (Alternating Sides), 5 Cobras, 5 Bows (5 Rocking Motions for each), 5 Lie Down Sit Ups (Getting too easy… I need to up this to 10 a set), 5 Leg Clasps (w// Extreme Hold), 3 Side Raises (3 each side, w/Extreme Hold), 30 Abdominal Snaps (10 Seated, 10 Standing, 10 on All Fours). DEEP RELAXATION AND COMMUNION WITH MY ORI.
