30 Day Sun Salutation Challenge, Day 70: Done!

5 Complete Breaths, 10 Sun Salutations (was terribly out of balance tonight… don’t know if it’s because my cycle started this afternoon, but I struggled to maintain a rhythm at first. It’s pretty easy to give in and say ‘fuck it, this isn’t happening’. However, I pushed through my disorientation and kept going. Practise was smooth like silk by the middle, and breath focus actually works miracles…), 5 Moon Salutations, 10 Rishi’s Posture ( I NEVER think this asana does anything until the last five reps), 10 Dancer’s Posture, 5 Complete Roll Twists (5 in each direction), 7 Seated Side Bends (In FULL LOTUS w/ elbow touching knee), 3 Alternate Leg Pulls (Each side w/ extreme hold. Nose touching knees, with elbows on the ground <– Stretched for five seconds longer each rep on the right side, as it is ALWAYS tight.. Carpal Tunnel Syndrome is the pits and the shits!), 5 Back Push Ups (w/extreme hold), 2 Minute Unassisted Shoulder Stand.
