30 Day Sun Salutation Challenge, Day 67: Done!
5 Sun Salutations (Rhythm is definitely improving with the minor changes in motion, I am beginning to FEEL this properly now), 5 Moon Salutations (Tremendous concentration and complete breath body dance tonight… very slow and romantic!), 10 Full Triangles (Alternating Sides… This was very focused tonight on controlling my arm motion… felt proper benefit in the sides as I was coming to a close), 20 Twists (Alternating Sides… PUSH PUSH), 40 Chin Lifts (PUSH PUSH), 5 Back Stretches (w/ Extreme Hold…. oh my, these are turning into some of my favourites. Such beautiful stretching… motion becoming liquid, stomach tightly held on the downward dive, and my head is on my knees, with no problem… hold becomes difficult only on the fourth and fifth stretch and I breath through it and feel the gorgeous pull. I LOVE the progress I see and feel in myself!! ), 5 Shoulder Raises (w/ Extreme Hold), 3 Locusts (very weak with this, hardly any lift, no strength in back legs to raise much), 1 Modified Head Stand, 5 Complete Rounds of Alternate Nostril Breathing.
I am at one with Divine Mind. My good now flows to me in a steady, unbroken, ever-increasing stream of success, happiness and abundance.
