5 Complete Breaths, 10 Sun Salutations, 5 Moon Salutations, 10 Rishi’s Posture, 10 Dancer’s Pose, 5 Roll Twists ((Alternating Sides), 7 Seated Side Bends (Alternating Sides), 3 Leg Pulls (Alternating Sides), 5 Back Push Ups (w/Extreme Hold — still feeling a little stress in my left knee so did not push as hard during this exercise), 2 minute Unassisted Shoulder Stand. DEEP RELAX.
