30 Day Sun Salutation Challenge, Day 60: Done!
Wow… so 60 days into a 30 day challenge!
I had a little moment on the mat today too. In between the Cobra and the Bow, I laid there on the mat for a few moments and clearly heard my Ori say, “I love you Miko. I know you didn’t want to come to the mat today, but you made it and I love you for getting here.”
I almost burst into tears, but managed to stem the tide with a deep breath, and I replied, “I love you too. Thank you for always being here for me, and here with me, and looking out for my best interests. I love you too!”
5 Complete Breaths, 5 Sun Salutations (I am experimenting with ideas picked up from previous classes with Lynn, as well as from YouTube, and I think I might finally find a rhythm I like for the Suns), 5 Moon Salutations, (skipped side bends as Moons were very focussed tonight, and sides feel a bit sore), 5 Cobras, 5 Bows, 10 Lie Down Sit Ups (getting so smooth and controlled with this exercise), 5 Leg Clasps (was very gentle as am experiencing a tightness along my spine), 10 Side raises (Alternate sides w/extreme hold), 10 Seated Abdominal Lifts, 10 Standing Abdominal Lifts, 10 Abdominal Lifts on All Fours, 5 Standing Bows (no hold, attempting balance).
