5 Complete Breaths, 5 Sun Salutations, 5 Moon Salutations, 10 Triangles (alternating sides), 10 Twists (alternating sides), 30 Chin Lifts, 5 Back Stretches (w/Extreme Hold), 5 Shoulder raises (w/Extreme Hold), 3 Locusts (w/Extreme Hold), 1 Modified Headstand, 5 Alternate Nostril Breathing roations.
Took it easy, and still got through the routine. Still feeling my abdominal work from yesterday.
