30 Day Sun Salutation Challenge, Day 55: Done!

No yoga practise yesterday… I was recovering from a very mild gall bladder attack. Found myself trying to make excuses again this evening, but my body seems to ignore every single excuse I come up with in my head, and before I know it, it (my body) has me on the mat and pushing, pushing, pushing.

Today’s Practise:

5 Complete Breaths, 5 Sun Salutations, 5 Moon Salutations, 10 Side Bends, 10 Cobras, 5 Bows, 10 Lie Down Sit Ups, 5 Leg Clasps (w/Extreme Hold), 5 Side Raises (w/Extreme Hold), 30 Abdominal Lifts (10 Seated, 10 Standing, 10 All Fours).
