30 Day Sun Salutation Challenge, Day 49: Done!

5 Complete Breaths, 5 Sun Salutations (these are becoming more breath body dancy and my routine is becoming more focussed, smoother, but they are still strangely not as smooth and as rythmic for me as the Moons are), 5 Moon Salutations (Breath Body DANCE!), 5 Rishi’s Posture (Last two reps I am feeling), 10 Dancer’s Posture (figured out that pressing knees together helps to keep my ankles strong during this. It’s funny that as I began I said, “Strong ankles, strong ankles…” but it was a totally different part of my body I focussed on that gave me the strong ankles. I love my life!), 5 Roll Twists (Alternating sides), 7 Seated Side Bends (Alternating sides in Full Lotus), 5 Lions (Full Lotus w/extreme hold), 3 Alternate Leg Pulls (w/extreme hold… such beautiful stretches in the back legs), 5 Back Push Ups (w/extreme hold), 2 minute unassisted Shoulder Stand.
