5 Sun Salutations, 5 Moon Salutations, 10 Full Triangles (Alternating Sides), 10 Twists (Alternating Sides), 30 Chin Lifts, 5 Back Stretches (w/ Extreme Hold), 5 Shoulder Raises (w/ Extreme Hold), 3 Locusts, 1 Modified Head Stand (Attempted a half head stand and fell on my ass…. got back up and did the modified headstand.)

Sliding off my yoga mat bad!!! Soooo much SWEAT! Accepting recommendations for a new yoga mat and mat towel.
