5 Complete Breaths, 5 Sun Salutations, 5 Moon Salutations (Breath/Body Dance), 10 Side Bends (each side), 5 Cobras, 5 Bows (w/a bit of rocking!), 5 Lie Down Sit Ups (amazingly, these are getting easier this week, plus nose is definitely on knees now), 5 Leg Clasps (w/extreme hold–nose to knees, holding ankles <– PROGRESS!), 5 Side Raises (alternate sides), 10 Abdominal Snaps (seated), 5 Abdominal Snaps (standing), 5 Abdominal Snaps (all fours).
