5 Sun Salutations, 5 Moon Salutations (my breath and body danced again all the way through the Salutations), 5 Complete Breaths, 10 Side Bends, 5 Cobras, 5 Bows, 5 Lie Down Sit Ups, 5 Leg Clasps (with extreme hold), 3 Side Raises Alternating (3 each side), 5 Abdominal Snaps.
