5 Sun Salutations, 5 Moon Salutations (it felt like my breath and my body were dancing together through the entire Moon sequence), 10 repetitions of Rishi’s Posture (10 on each alternating side), 10 Dancer’s Postures (trembling thighs and chest… DEEEP breaths) 10 Roll Twists (alternating sides), 7 Seated Side Bends (7 on each alternating side), 5 Lions (w/ extreme hold), 3 Alternate Leg Pulls (3 each leg w/ extreme hold), 5 Back Push Ups (w/ extreme hold), 2 Minute Unassisted Shoulder Stand, DEEP RELAXATION WITH INTENSE BREATH FOCUS.
